With extensive planning, administration, communication, logistical and technical skills. I have worked not only within the government and corporate sectors, but also with profit-share, not-for-profit, hospitality and a wide range of arts organisations. I work thoroughly and swiftly, and have strong problem solving skills. It takes a good team of people-managers with strong community knowledge, understanding of events and arts delivery, and a high level of risk awareness and operations knowledge to create the best events.
